You know your business and have built an application with Lovable, Claude Code or another AI tool. Users, a serious prospect or a pilot customer are waiting to use it.
Broken signup
Your users cannot create an account or sign in.
Payment without access
Payment succeeds, but the subscription does not activate.
Missing data
Submitted information is not saved or is not accessible to the right user.
Blocked integration or deployment
An API does not behave as expected, or deployment fails.
My role: resolve a specific blockage so you can move forward with your customers.
One journey, a written scope.
We agree on what needs to work before I start making changes.
1
Understand the blockage
I reproduce the issue and identify its likely cause. You receive a recommendation and the cost of resolving it.
2
Fix and verify
Once you approve the scope, I fix the journey, add targeted tests and check the relevant data access permissions.
3
Deploy and hand over
I deliver a deployed version, a demonstration and a rollback procedure, then explain how you can take over.
You keep the fix and the method.
Concrete deliverables to use your product and keep improving it.
The corrected journey, with a demonstration that it works.
Targeted tests to detect the issue if it returns.
Data access checks relevant to this journey.
A deployed version and a rollback procedure.
A handover video and a short list of priorities for the next steps.
Start with an informed decision.
The diagnostic
Useful even if you stop here: a reproduced issue, its likely cause and a recommendation with a resolution cost.
No. You explain your business, what the journey should do and what is failing. I handle the technical analysis and explain the decisions in practical terms.
What do you need for the diagnostic?
A link to the application, a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it. We then arrange access to the relevant code and services. Do not send passwords or secret keys through the contact form.
Does the diagnostic commit me to the sprint?
No. You keep the recommendation and the resolution cost. You then decide whether to continue, work with someone else or postpone the work.
Will you check my entire product?
The sprint covers one journey we define together. Tests and access checks cover this scope. A wider audit or other journeys require a separate quote.
